6. Referral Compensation Disclosure

GreenReeve may receive a referral fee or commission from lending partners when a loan is successfully closed. This compensation does not affect the objectivity of our evaluation score or the information we provide. You will never be charged directly by GreenReeve for using this platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including the scoring algorithm, design, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of GreenReeve and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

GreenReeve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed $100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware.

Score Limitations
